Return & Refund Policy

At Wariah, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • You can request cancellation of your order at any time before delivery via your order history page.
  • If cancellation is applicable, a Cancel button will be displayed next to your order. Simply click on it to proceed with cancellation.

For Prepaid Orders:

  1. If your order is in the "Confirmed" status, you can choose a refund to your Wariah Wallet (instant) or your original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days).
  2. If your order has not yet been shipped, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  3. If your order has been shipped ("Shipped" or "In-Transit" status), cancellation will trigger a return request to our logistics partner. Refunds will be processed only after the return has been successfully initiated. Orders that have been delivered cannot be refunded.

Refund & Cancellation Status Updates

  1. You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/SMS once your cancellation is successful.
  2. You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/SMS once a refund reference ID is shared by our payment partner. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Returns & Replacements

We currently do not accept returns. However, we will gladly provide a replacement in the following cases if reported within 7 days of delivery:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing product in the order
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Expired product delivered

Our customer support team may ask for additional information before processing your request. Once approved, a new order ID will be generated, which you can view in your order history.

Miscellaneous

  • Refunds to the Wariah Wallet will be valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases.
  • Funds added to the Wariah Wallet cannot be transferred back to the original payment method.
  • In rare cases where a refund reference ID is not generated due to payment network failures, please contact us at +1 (647) 622-8655 or info@wariah.ca. We will investigate and, if valid, provide a refund link within 24 hours.
